This is perfect for cutting bread. No more crushed or torn bread. I make bread regularly in a bread machine and this electric knife lets me cut slices thick or thin and they turn our perfect every time. I would definitely recommend it for this purpose. I haven’t used it for anything else so can’t comment on how it works for other things.
I am very pleased with the electric knife. I used both hands on the handle. That way there is no way to get hurt. It is long and I cut up a 10 lb turkey breast, boneless. I had to have a certain amount and so the slices were thin and this knife is great!!!! And really sharp, just keep that in mind!
Why did I wait so long to buy this knife? It works great, the ease of cutting is great. I’ve used it on different meats with no problem. Pop the blades off and put them in the dishwasher. Done. The price was very reasonable. It would make a perfect gift.
