The Wild Journal by Willow Crossley – a book to heal and transform your mood

Willow Crossley is a writer and a floral stylist. She is the mother of three gorgeous boys and is based in the beautiful counrtyside of Oxfordshire. Willow’s latest book, The Wild Journal, is utterly divine and I can’t really think of a better treat in this current climate, than reading this book.

Written over a period of a year and split into the four seasons, the concept of Willow’s book is simple; a guide on how to nurture yourself through nature. With practical projects for you and the family to enjoy together and therapeutic seasonal reflections this book has been enjoyed by my whole family. Projects such as sowing seeds, thinking about our emotional toolbox, picking wild garlic and making pesto, being mindful and making an indoor herb garden have all been activities to be done for the spring time.

With beautiful illustrations from artist, Nina Fuga, and space to write your own reflections, The Wild Journal, is a gentle almanac to transforming your mood.

You can purchase Willow Crossley’s ‘The Wild Journal’ from her website here.
